We are providing online advertising for your property over multiple Northamptonshire based postal websites

 

Do you offer any estate agent services?

No, we are an Internet advertising services company and can only advertise/promote your property through our network of websites

 

I am already selling my property with an estate agent who will be advertising the property?

That's fine. By advertising your property with us it increases the exposure of your property to visitors to the local websites and search engine traffic

 

What happens if I'm contacted by a potential buyer from my advert?

That's up to you. You can pass on the information to your estate agent if you are represented by one

 

I haven't an estate agent selling my property. Can I advertise privately?

Yes. We can advertise your property. The selling process including conveyancing etc. is your responsibility

 

Can you recommend an estate agent to sell my house through?

We cannot recommend any estate agents. You can browse for any estate agents in this area that have advertised here

 

Are there any ongoing or repeat fees?

No. A one-off fee (currently an introductory offer of £99 inc. vat) is payable on publication of your property. The property can remain advertised until it is either sold or advised to be removed by yourself

 

What method payments do you take?

We can take payment online by credit and debit cards via our Worldpay provider, Paypal, or alternatively by cheque/postal order or by issuing an invoice (if you are a company)

 

Are the properties advertised anywhere else?

Yes. They are displayed on all the 19 Northamptonshire postal code websites and on the 17 Northamptonshire Business Park websites in the Residential Property sections

 

How do I submit my photos and information?

Currently you can phone or e-mail us your details and photos. We are developing the online submission system

 

Can you visit my home and take photos and the details?

Yes. We can visit at your convenience (daylight hours is better for photos) and photograph/take your details

 

How do I know that the representative calling and coming into my house is bona fide?

Contact us and we will advise accordingly and ask them for details and a password

 

I have a property to let. Can I advertise it on your network of websites?

Yes. Visit the Residential Letting section
